Cancellation Policy
Balanced, professional terms to protect reserved time slots while remaining fair and clear for clients.
Dog Walking Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, walk times are reserved exclusively for your dog(s), and late cancellations impact our schedule and availability.
- 48+ hours’ notice: No charge.
- 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled walk fee is payable.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the scheduled walk fee is payable.
- Missed visits / no access: If we arrive and cannot safely access the property or dog(s), the full walk fee is payable.
Block bookings: Where possible, please give 2 weeks’ notice for holidays. Repeated short-notice cancellations may result in loss of a reserved time slot.
Pet Sitting / Overnight Stay Cancellation Policy
Overnight bookings reserve exclusive dates, particularly during peak periods. Cancellations can prevent us from rebooking those dates.
- 28+ days before start date: The booking deposit is non-refundable.
- 14–28 days before start date: 50% of the total booking fee is payable (including deposit).
- Less than 14 days before start date: 100% of the total booking fee is payable.
- Early return: If you return home earlier than planned, the full original booking fee remains payable.
- Payment of cancellation balances: Any outstanding cancellation balance must be paid via bank transfer on the date of cancellation.
